Service Level Commitment
We aim to adhere to the following service standards:
- To reply to all emails and phone calls same or next working day.
- To complete client’s accounts or tax return within two to four weeks of being supplied with all the required information. (Please note that we may be slower in December and January due to the personal tax deadline).
- To write or email Limited company and LLP clients one month before their accounting year end and three months after their accounting year end in relation to preparing the company accounts.
- After the first year that we prepare personal tax returns, each April to send clients a reminder letter and checklist based on the previous year’s returns.
- All clients are allocated a client manager who tracks all their filing deadlines to ensure none are missed.
- Confidential Electronic data exchange and document approval to be via our secure GDPR compliant cloud based portal wherever possible or hard copy approval if this is a client preference.
